This blog originally started as just a primary running blog. Now I really want to focus on overall health, both physical and mental. While running is still a love of mine I also know that there is more to life and overall health. Running was and is my therapy and I want to be able to reach out to others and share my stories and feelings in order to possibly help someone. This site is not perfect and never will be but it is sincere. It will not always be about running but it will be about life. So I hope you find it enjoyable and most of all helpful.
